Today while piddling around, I somehow got a faster speed out of the machine. I had assumed that they were 1 speed only 8mhz, but when I ran a compiler and a few other programs, I definitly had a higher processor speed. Only problem is, I have no idea what set it off.. Does anyone know offhand what the Turbo keys are on the zenith Z-286 machines? I thought it might be ctrl-alt-minus like another computer I know, but it doesn't seem to have an effect. Am I dreaming and these only have 1 speed, or is there a turbo key set? Jeff Bakke nebakke@plains.NoDak.edu
