Sorry, but where I live (Akron/Canton Ohio) all homes have cable service available, but only about 40% opt to get it because it is expensive and there are many ( about 12 ) UHF stations which broadcast movies, sports events, etc. that would be nice to view with HD. Also the three networks also regularly broadcast movies.
