Aside from more library routines and the "interrupt" keyword, are their any
substantial differences between Microsoft C 4.0 and Microsoft C 5.1?  Does
the compiler generate better code?  Does it generate code faster?  Are the
support programs (like LIB or LINK) new and improved?
