I have a question regarding a mouse on a PC (Specifically, I have
a Logitech bus mouse on a PC-AT compatible).
 
How/where do I find out, in a C program (Microsoft C preferrably) if
the buttons on my mouse are being pressed or it's being moved.  The
documentation I got with the mouse said "To find these things out, buy
this other package"............
 
Any help would be appreciated......
