I'm looking for an executable file under a single-user MS DOS PC
which was refered to in the September 89 issue of BYTE mag.

The executable is called NETWORK.exe (com?) and apparently it 
allows the simulation of multi-user access to files on a single
user system, thereby allowing a developer to check whether record
and file locking/unlocking is working without having to test on
a true network.

If anyone has or can locate this file, please let me know.
