The RasterOps 264 card, which drives the Apple 13" color monitor and lists for $995 retail can be bought from a local ComputerLand for $705, so a $6 saving really isn't so "WOW!". Recently picked up a Quantum 80 from MacLand for the exact same price. I have no experience with this particular vendor, so I can't comment on the service.
