Out of curiosity, looking at the photo of the portable motherboard
in the Byte mag., and reading that space on the motherboard was at a premium,
it seems that the soldered static ram takes up a lot of space~, and that
it looks like 4 sim slots could have put that spcae to better use, and
allowed standard simms to be used to upgrade the portable (static ram
simms) . Is this a moot point?
