About 5-10 minutes of running, the screen saver will jump to the 'options screen' (as if you had hit the space bar). The options will stay there for about a second and the the pattern will return. HOWEVER, the first x lines (where x is the number of lines you have set in your prefs) do not get erased as the pattern moves on! So that in effect you get a snapshot of the pattern that sits there while the pattern moves on its merry way. I find it most annoying, and have seen other computers on campus that showed the same problem (though a Mac II w/ color monitor didn't...)
