(Not to mention how to tell what version of the ROMs we have). Will any model Mac II, IIx, IIcx ordered after a particular date contain the new ROMs? I'm sure there will be confusion over what you actually get, given that various dealers have various amounts of warehouse stock... An aside: It was interesting to clean up the office the other day and find a '88 issue of MacWeek discussing system 7.0 as being scheduled for release in late '88. Now its '90...
