1) People at Berkeley run Refer (that's why we put it in :) )

2) We also have a product called EndLink which automatically imports capture
files from online databases (mostly Medline) when they are in the tag format.
It's $99 and *much* better than writing it yourself :-).  

Please e-mail me if you have any other questions of this sort.  We also have
a $5 demo disk which includes both EndNote and EndLink, so you can test it.
It has some documentation, but nothing on Refer: we just photocopy the manual
if you want that.
