The reason I'm asking is that I'm trying to read MS-DOS disks formatted on a high-density 3.5" drive (but formatted with /N:9/T:80 or whatever the switch is to format it 720K). My theory is that AFE won't recognize the disks, even though they're 720K, because they were formatted on a high-density drive... Am I doing something wrong, or has anyone else encountered this problem? If you reply, please forward a copy in E-mail since lately I've had to severely curtail my newsreading... (Classes and all that, you know. :) Thanks. +---------------------------------------------------------------+ |Rob Knauerhase |rck@alpha.ces.cwru.edu | |Case Western Reserve University|rck@skybridge.scl.cwru.edu | | |Bitnet:Knauer@CWRU | |"Righted some bugs, |GEnie:R.Knauerhase | | left others!" |AppleLinkPE:RCK4 | +---------------------------------------------------------------+
