Lines: 19 I am having problems with my MacPlus. It exhibits complete power failure to both logic and sweep sections. I have traced the problem to a component in the AC path on the video board. The device is an open circuit -- a distinct problem. I believe the device is an MOV used for transient suppression. It is labelled R39 and has the following lettering written on the component "CAL-R 2SS20". Does somebody have a schematic of the video board? I would appreciate concrete word on what this component is and what the specs are of the device. BTW, the video board has the part number "630-0102-J". I'm not sure of the first 3 digits as they are obscured, but I am certain of the last five. The data code on the board is "86 40" Any help would be appreciated. As usual, the Apple dealers disavow any knowledge of Apple's schematics! -- Gregory B.
