Is this version 3.1 of the shell, too, or just the C compiler?  If it's the
shell also, will APDA sell 3.1 upgrades to people who bought their orignal MPW
3.0 shell through TML (or other bundles), or do we need to do it through the
manufacturer from whom we bought the bundle?
