	We would like a C-compiler which executes within a SunOS4.0 
	environment on a 68000 chip but generates NS32000 instructions.
	We are using the SUN as our host machine and downloading the
	executable code to a multiprocessor system comprised of 
	DB16000 boards.

	Does anyone out there in netland have any information that
	could point us in the right direction.
