Hello,

By any chance, is anyone out there using a Printronix LXY12 lineprinter on
the ALM-2 parallel port.  Ours just wont work.  The system insists that
the device is always offline.   As far as I know we have configured the
printer port properly (we have "lp=/dev/mcpp0" in our /etc/printcap).  The
LXY12 has previously worked fine when it was connected to our VAX 11/750.
A replacement ALM-2 from SUN did not help.

Our ALM-2 is connected to a model 3/160 running OS 4.0.3 with latest mcp
patches.
