Assuming that you are using the SCO Xenix 2.3.1+ version of HDB, all you have to do is to put an entry in the Permissions file for OTHER, and to make sure that "anonuucp" (or whatever you want to use for the anonymous UUCP login) is in the /etc/passwd file with no password, and finally that a working subdirectory for "anonuucp" is set up in /usr/spool/uucp.
