It has also been suggested that I can use mknod to do this, but I need to know the appropriate minor device number. Could someone tell me what the minor device numbers are for /dev/fd1135ds9 and /dev/fd1135ds18? The major device is 2. You can get the number by typing ls -l /dev/fd1135ds9 ( or ds 18).
