I am developing a MS-Windows application. I need to know which directory my
program's EXE file resides in. For complicated reasons I do not have access
to the CommandLine parameter that the WinMain function receives. Please note
that a call to a get_current_directory function will not suffice because the
application may have been started from a different drive/directory.
