  A Couple of things:

   1) Does anyone know when we/I might expect to see a MOTIF programmers
      guide book, something along the lines of Young's book on XToolkit
      and the HP Widget?

   2) Does anyone know the new phone # for Nutshell Books (O'Reilly)
      and when the rumored XToolkit and MOTIF volumes might be 
      forthcoming?
