	(This certainly applies to 1.35.1, and probably later...)

	I'm creating a list of Strings with "genclass String val
List", but the resulting String.List.cc doesn't compile because it
doesn't include string.h.  Shouldn't genclass check for an include
file of arg1.h and include it if necessary?
