I am interested in getting a copy of GCC that I can build on a
3B2 computer (in case multiple versions of source exist).  I
need the source, not the object.  However I am at an AT&T site
that does not currently have ftp access.  I need to know who
to contact and how to arrange delivery of this software.  Is there a way for
me to directly contact the FSF to get this?  Can I actually
use (shudder) non-electronic means (e.g., a tape via the mail, or whatever)?
