For all in the world that is interested:

	dtscp1 is DEAD -- long live dtscp1!

It is being replaced with a different machine with the name "nastar"
and is up and running (after a painstaking process).  Please remove
dtscp1 from your maps.  I will issue a map entry for nastar shortly.
