Who else *do* you want determining your feed?

Clearly any such scheme would include a list of patterns of groups that
you refuse to subscribe to no matter how many users request it, and
a list of patterns of groups that you wish to be fed even if nobody
subscribes, so the users only get as much control over the feed as
is desired.
