I have it on very good authority that the only reason
why sci.rhode_island is being proposed is to get around the
endless debate about sci/rec.acquaria.  Apparently,  the minute
sci.rhode_island is approved, the group will be taken over
by the North Americans who put things in tanks and they will
slip the group by the European Usenet censors.

Vote NO! 

Eat more fish (especially those cute little multi-colored ones)!
