There probably is no complete list, since any site administrator can
design their own.  You can only post to distributions your site handles.
Some of the more popular ones are:
	world		everywhere
	na		North America
	local		Your machine
	state-abbrev	that state  (ca, nj, il, ....)
	country-abbrev	that country (e.g. us, uk, dk, fr...)
	ba		S.F. Bay Area
	chi		Chicago
	company-abbrev	that company (att, bbn, ...)
	alt, biz	Groups of sites that have agreed to carry
				that collection of groups.
