I'm having problem of receiving duplicate articles via NNTP. I trace down the problem
to the timezone conflict used history file in B News and in NNTP. 

We are running B News 2.11 patch level 14 (12/1/87) and NNTP 1.5 (26 Feb 88). In newnews.c
file of NNTP, there is a section of codes to convert GMT time to local time before checking
the history file. However, I found that our history file records article in GMT time. Which
one is correct? B News or NNTP? I notice people mention about NNTP 1.5.6, so this problem
could have been fixed already. If so could anyone enlight me where to get the latest copy
of NNTP via __mail__?
