The New Business Development group of Sony Canada is looking for a
toronto area news and mail feed. I don't think they want a large feed.
Only a few groups. 

They will likely want to use a 2400 baud link, although that may
change.

They have NO experience with setting up this sort of thing, but they
have people (us, and others) that will likely help them.
