A major earthquake here the day of the album's release -- is Kate trying
to tell us something?

I was at home listening to the CD when it struck -- all power went out for
a while and the chandelier in my bedroom was swinging almost to the 
ceiling.

I'd like to hear from any Bay Area love-hounds through e-mail to see what
their situation is, if they can get through.  I'm especially 
concerned about Tracy Roberts; I heard
that Santa Cruz was particularly hard hit.
