More specifically, I am investigating the issue whether controls should be placed on genetic experimentation and the patentability and/or saleability of genetically engineered organisms. I know that a lot of these issues were addressed 5 to 10 years ago, but I would appreciate any new input or any references to papers or textbooks that have been written recently on either of the two subjects.
