Trouble is, air resistance goes up with velocity, so the ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Actually the viscous force (e.g. air resistance on a projectile) is proportional to the velocity squared. Even more of a problem.
