I am trying to know which are the vectorized software packages that are currently in the Biotechnologycal market, their utility, how they really work, on which platforms (on which vector facilities and under what operating system) are they implemented now and which is your overall opinion about them (of course, money is important, so economy considerations are very useful). I am tryting to keep the question short and clear. I will summerize the answers together with whatever information I will be able to obtain from these and other sources. You may assume some familiarity with vector and parallel processing from my side, if would then summerize your answers with additional tech. comments (if needed) and I will send it to the mailing list. This question is being sent to BIOTECH, BIO-SOFTWARE and PROTEINS-ANALYSIS (please indicate in your answer where did you see this posting) Please address the answers directly to me, and I will edit them all later. Thank you very much.....Jose Maria Carazo Centro Nacional de Biotecnologia Madrid CARAZO at EMDCCI11.BITNET
