I am trying to simulate the Neocognitron from the paper of Kunihiko Fukushima
	"A Neural Network for Visual Pattern Recognition",IEEE, computer magazine,
March 1988.  Has anyone done a simulation program for the Neocognitron or something similar.
	The purpose for this simulation is to verify that the Neocognitron model
works, and then I am going to implement it with digital hardware instead of analog
that has been done before.
	I have more papers from K. Fukushima if anyone is interested.
