I am trying to simulate the Neocognitron from the paper of Kunihiko Fukushima
	"A Neural Network for Visual Pattern Recognition", IEEE, COMPUTER magazine,March 1988.
	Has anyone done a simulation program for the Neocognitron or something similar.
	The purpose for this simulation is to verify that the Neocognitron model
works and then I am going to implement it with digital hardware, instead of analog
that has been done before.
	I have more papers from K. Fukushima if anyone is interested.
