Help!!!!

I am new to the network, so forgive me if this is posted in the
wrong place.  Pointers to the correct group would be appreciated.

I received the posting on Kermit 3.86 for the Apple II line and
would like to know how I can decode/compile/unshrinkit.

Is Kermit available from anywhere already on 5.25" floppy in
either DOS 3.3 or ProDos format?  If so, where?
