Lines: 15 We've been using UPS to deliver our products to customers for five years. We ship hundreds of packages a month. I can recall only two instances of a package actually getting lost, and maybe two or three cases of unreasonable delays. No organization is perfect -- not even FedEx. Mistakes will happen, and apparently you were on the receiving end of one. But my experience is that UPS does a great job, at about half the cost of FedEx. The only time we ever use FedEx is when a customer specifically requests -- and pays -- for it. I've redirected followups to alt.peeves. -- Larry Campbell The Boston Software Works, Inc. campbell@bsw.com 120 Fulton Street wjh12!redsox!campbell Boston, MA 02146
