It does not purport to be highly original, as far as the idea is concerned; however, it is fast, it is small (one cluster on a hard disk for each type of translation, including the inverse mapping), and it is configurable in a full-screen fashion or from independently produced translation tables. It comes with 5 sample files, documentation, and complete sources. And it's free. This version fixes a bug in the previously-announced XLAT10.
