	Two other industrial-organizational psychology grad students and I
are preparing a review of the literature on the use of computers in personnel
selection.  We are interested in the application of AI and expert systems at
any stage of the selection process--from item-writing and computerized
interviewing to decision-making and item analysis.  It occurred to me that
subscribers to comp.cog-eng might have something to say about it.

	Please email if you have any thoughts or comments on the topic,
particularly if you know of any relevant references.  I will post summary
if any of you express interest.
