Sybase can answer all these questions directly (address, etc. below).  
Any vendor you are interested in should be able to answer these kinds
of questions, as they address basic factual product information.

I urge anyone with such questions to contact the vendor first, and
go to the net only if more information or user experiences are needed.
It is the vendor's job and interest to answer as completely and accurately 
as possible.
