I am considering applying to the Engineering and Economic Systems program at
Stanford.  I would like to hear personal impressions and anything you 
might know about the program.  

 Answers to the following queries would be very helpful.

 Are there similar programs at other universities ?
 What kinds of jobs do graduates from this program get ?
 How approachable are the faculty ?
 etc.
