The archive contained the glyphs themselves, a sample program illustrating the coding scheme and a simple database mapping the glyph ids to a font. I had this once, but lost it during a housecleaning session. I obtained it from a co-worker who is no longer available, not from the net directly. I also would be interested in this archive, if someone could point me to it.
