Message-ID: <743@anagld.UUCP> Date: 23 Oct 89 11:10:11 GMT Distribution: na Organization: Analytics, Inc., Columbia, MD Lines: 24 One of the folks I work with has prepared a bunch of stuff using GEM on an IBM PC compatitable. He wants to print them off on our Mac connected Laser Printer. So I thought great lets use PBM-PLUS and convert them from GEM to MACPAINT. Well when I went to translate the files PBM required the GEM files be in a .img format and mine evidently weren't. Would someone please explain to me what the .img format is compared to the GEM format we have and also tell me if there is a way to convert from what we have to the other. Thanks in advance, Ray P.S. If there is an easier way to do what I need to do here please point it out. -- =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ray Smith | UUCP: {uunet, aplcen, netsys, sundc}!anagld!rcsmith Analytics, Inc. | ARPA: rcsmith@analytics.com or Suite 200 | anagld!rcsmith@uunet.uu.net or 9891 Broken Land Parkway | RCSmith@DOCKMASTER.NCSC.MIL Columbia, MD 21046 | Voice: (301) 381-4300 Fax: (301) 381-5173 =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
