The question is Sigrad should allow that A-W distributes the copies to
the bookstores before the members got their copies. The booksellers should
have their copies AFTER the members got theirs. I dont care if it was
only 10 copies, this is a matter of fairness.

Do you think that the members is pleased to see that the stores
got higher priority? It is as simple as this ACM says that
A-W has no right to distibute it to the booksellers before the
procedings has reached ALL members.
