I bought it and tried to use it with Zortech C++ v1.07e.

Four out of their 19 packages refused to even compile!
Some that compiled did not run.  

I used the dynamic array package more than the others.  I thought it 
worked fine until I discovered that constructors are not called for the
elements of the array.  That's not "generic" dynamic arrays.

I talked to someone at Zortech.  They only have one version selling, and
they don't seem to have upgrades / patches available.

Need I say more?
