We had been having a few "teething" problems with the compiler. In the
process of making it a little more flexible for the users (by adding
some command line switches etc.) at the last minute,
some silly errors have crept into a file or two. 

Another ommision was the INSTALL file for prioritized execution
that some of you may have seen in the manual. This
has been added to the present INSTALL file and to make the files
for prioritized execution, one has simply to say

	INSTALL <machine> priority 

A new version with corrections is now available via anonymous ftp as
before in cs.uiuc.edu. 

We apologize for any inconvenience caused to any of you. We request
those who have ftp'd copies of the compiler before 15th Oct.
