I like that syntax.  Of course, it's similar to deliver's, at least in
the file part.

Smail 3 typically runs pipe and file aliases in the context of the "owner"
of the alias file.  The owner is determined by the mail admin when Smail is
configured to use that file.  By the way, each user's ".forward" file is
owned by that user.
