I would like to point out that V1.4b will use Klamer Schutte's POSIX tar,
which is incompatible with the old tar.  Thus I'd suggest not posting
anything in tar format until that has all stabilized.  Actually, I much
prefer shar to tar anyway.  If a single posting involves multiples
directories it is probably too complicated anyway :-(
