Lines: 12 We have noticed a problem with our LaserWrites when using manual feed. If there is a paper jam (not uncommon when manually feeding transparency stock or stiff letterhead stock), the Mac and the LaserWriter never recover after the paper jam is cleared. The printer just sits there, and the Mac just waits. Canceling the print job doesn't help. I find we have to power down the printer to recover after clearing the jam. Is anyone else familiar with this problem, and its solution? --Barry Kort MITRE Network Center
