Juha,

The current cisco release (8.0) supports any NSAP format with hierarchical
static routing -- it views NSAPs only as variable length strings, and does
not presume or require any additional structure.  Static routes to
particular hosts, areas, routing domains, or afi's may be set up, for
instance, simply by creating route entries with the appropriate
NSAP-prefixes.
