Back in August, there was a reference in comp.software-eng to some scripts by
Leonard Vanek (len@array.UUCP) that report files in a source tree that are
currently checked out and by whom.  I am interested in getting these scripts
and in any other RCS-related tools available.  Any information is appreciated -
