We have a lot of document sources written for runoff running on VAX/VMS.
We want to have these documents on a Sun workstation. Since we want to
be independent of our VAX, we want to convert these document sources to
a unix text formatter. I now have three questions:

1. Are there any runnoff-to-nroff or runoff-to-troff conversion tools?
2. Are these PD?
3. How can I obtain a copy?

We don't have FTP access!
